This is a truly Argentinian meal. Potatoes, Parley&Garlic and Meat! .

Simple but prepared in a way that will impress you all the way till you finish with it.
Our Cert Organic Beef is slow cooked with Chimichurri sauce – a traditional Argentinian sauce for meats made from fresh and dry herbs and lemon juice- for a few hours and then left to crisp for a perfect finish.
The potatoes are roasted and then coated with Provenzal –mix of fresh parsley, garlic and extra virgin olive oil-, to add a distinctive flavour that will make you crave more of this dish.
We then sprinkle some goat cheese and this becomes like heaven on earth!
This meal can be used as a recovery meal after exercise or for lunch if you require energy to perform at your highest.

WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times and place in oven for 8min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1:00min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
