To make this delicious curry we’ve combined ingredients characteristic of Bali’s cuisine like tomatoes,   chilli, garlic, lemon grass, peanuts and corn, and combined them into a curry preparation that will impress you big time!

We utilise for the first time in our menus, Jasmin Rice, just to keep things super traditional and provide that flavour that has no equal! The addition of steamed broccoli gives this meal colour and a bit of a crunch while providing key nutrients to maintain you healthy and disease-free!

Definitely a must-try!

TIP: Have it after training as a recovery meal to benefit from its carbohydrate content.

WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times with a fork and place in oven for 12min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1:30min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
