Our steamed greens, nuts and lean chicken meals have always been in the menus since we started out in 2013, and the reason why we always keep them going on and on is because we believe that this meal must be in everyone’s diet week in and week out, every month, all year round!!
Low in carbs, high in fibre and protein, and offering a whole lot of phytonutrients and micronutrients, this meal is a PE staple!.
Green Thai Chicken breast comes pairing with the greens and lends the complete protein in the meal, as well as a mouth-watering sensations!.

CHEF’S TIP: This meal is so refreshing and nourishing that we recommend having it cold. Think about adding a side of avocado and squeeze the juice of a lemon wedge all over. The green Thai chicken is lovely cold too, but you will take it to the next level if you warm it up in a pan with a bit of coconut oil for a few minutes!. Then serve it with the greens and the sauce that comes with it.
WARMING UP: Remove sauce container. Microwave it for 1:30min. Alternatively, use a fry pan with a dash of oil at medium heat and warm up the chicken for 3min. Use another pan to warm up the greens following the same procedure. Add sauce at the end.
