For those who have’t tried it yet, don’t worry.. it’s only mild-to-medium heat, so you’ll be able to enjoy it without sweating it..

We make the chilli con carne with grass fed lean beef mince and we cook it using a variety of spices and ingredients that make it taste irresistible!

Nutritionally, this meal is relatively low in fats and moderate in carbs.. it provides a good amount of complete protein and fibre and has a great micronutrient profile, heaps of iron and B vitamins, including B12, to keep your body strong and well nourished.
