Our blinded love for Thai food is what made us bring this absolute classic into the Spring Menu, and as always, we gave it our own twist to make it even healthier by adding more fresh veggies into it and leaving out the shrimp paste to make it suitable for vegetarians and vegans..
This dish is a great after training meal for recovery as it contains a good amount of easy-to-digest carbohydrates and complete protein necessary for muscle regeneration after a tough exercise sesh! It also offers a healthy balance of carbs, veggies and protein all in one!
We chose to partner the Pad Thai noodles with our super successful, loved-by-all free range chicken San Choy bau, which is actually a Vietnamese dish but became a PE staple when we introduced it into the menus in 2016!
WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times with a fork and place in oven for 10min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black due to the heat, and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
