This new “carb-less” Spaghetti is an innovation in our menu! It is made of long strips of zucchini, combined with garden peas, fresh parsley leaves and mixed through with our own healthy recipe of sun-dried tomato & feta pesto.. now you can enjoy a low carb option that tastes amazing and have it at any time of the day!
To provide some natural sweetness and a touch of a more robust taste we decided to add some heavenly roasted sweet potatoes that will make you get totally addicted to this meal. And to keep it super lean yet extremely tasty, this time we use as the main source of complete protein in the meal, certified free range chicken breast cooked using a new method in this menu: infused poaching.
We simply poach the chicken breast in water with lemon slices, fresh thyme, whole pepper, himalayan salt and at the end of the story we sprinkle some tangy sumac for that perfect, unique touch of gourmet-ness. The result… a lean and delightful creation that will definitely surprise you!
Nutritionally this meal is perfect for weight loss and toning up as it provides a great deal of key nutrients coming from the veggies, complete protein and healthy fats from extra virgin olive oil, while keeping the carbs right in check. It is a great choice as a light dinner meal.
TIP: We recommend having this meal warmed up. However if you find yourself out of time, it tastes very nice cold or at room temperature too! Try adding some extra virgin olive oil over the top for enhanced nutrition and flavour.
WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times and place in oven for 12min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1:30min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
