We’ve come up with this unique tempeh meal that follows a traditional Argentinian way of making the meat filling of a Shepherd’s Pie, but we wanted to make it vegetarian this time..Tofu as main complete protein source in the meal was a great choice because of its texture and flavour, as well as the nutrition profile, is so great!!

This meal is super high in fibre, which is great for digestion and a healthy digestive tract, as well as managing blood sugar levels.
TIP: Have this side meal on toast for breakfast and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on top! partner it with some freshly smashed avocado for complete nutrition!
WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times and place in oven for 8min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
