Tofu is a fantastic way to get a complete source of protein for vegetarians and vegans. Containing all 9 essential amino acids, Tofu is a must in your diet if you choose not to have animal products.
We marinate it with our own-made Teriyaki sauce that is a flavour blast!, and then grill it to golden brown.. You can’t go wrong with this one!
Best to have it:
– As a breakfast protein along with some veggies or your favourite morning food choice,
– In between meals as a snack,
– As a whole food recovery protein source after exercise,
– As an extra protein serve along with your main PE meal,
– At night time if you want to reduce carbohydrates intake at that time of the day.
