We love using quinoa in our menus because of its versatility and nutrition profile. A delicious mix of fresh, crunchy raw vegetables and kidney beans that provide flavour and complete nutrition to the meal are partnered with white and black organic quinoa, extra virgin olive oil and some south american spices, making of this salad a total winner!

A touch of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is added to the salad for flavour and as a source of healthy, cholesterol-lowering monounsaturated fats.
