This side meal is high in anti-oxidants and phytonutrients and contains a whole lot of gut health-boosting fibre, and a wide range of minerals and vitamins essential for wellbeing. You simply CAN’T GO WRONG with this ingredient combination!!

Delicious sweet potatoes seasoned with a blend of aromatic spices and herbs, then roasted to perfection. We add steamed broccoli to add colour, crunch and nutrition so you are sure to get all the goodness from fresh veggies in one meal!

We recommend you eat this meal a few hours before training or as a recovery meal after training to benefit from its carb content.

CHEF TIP: Eat it warmed up, ideally using a frying pan. Fry up first the sweet potatoes alone for 2 min and then add the broccoli. You may want to throw the tempeh in for another 2 min. Add Tabasco or fresh chilli if you’re fan, and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil all over before serving it.

WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180oc. Pierce film a few times with a fork and place in oven for 8min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1:00min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
