This potatoes are roasted to golden brown and then coated with Provenzal –mix of fresh parsley, garlic and extra virgin olive oil-, to add a distinctive flavour that will make you crave more of this dish. We then sprinkle some goat cheese and this becomes like heaven on earth! This side meal can be used as an addition to your recovery meal after exercise or in between meals if you are looking to get more carbs in your diet. Trust us, this potato dish will be one of the best you’ll have ever tried! TIP: Warming up is recommended!. In oven at 180?C (pierce lid with a fork prior warming) for 10-12min or in the microwave for 2min. Also, try serving this meal with some rocket leaves and extra virgin olive oil, it does give it a final touch of freshness!
