SIDE Slow Cooked Lamb Tagine
This Lamb Tagine side meal is extremely delicious!
We slow-cook the lamb with Moroccan ingredients and spices like turmeric, paprika, cinnamon sticks, dates, coriander, parsley, garlic just to name a few..
As a result, you get a super tender, full-flavoured lean meat that you can eat in between your main meals as a wholefood protein snack, added to your main meals if you wish to increase your meal size or as part of your breakfast served on toast and partnered with your fav morning veggies!! It is one of our favourite meat dishes therefore a must try!!
TIP: Best to have this meal warm, at the end drizzle some lemon juice over the meat.
WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times and place in oven for 10min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1:00min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
