Our steamed greens side with nuts have been in the menus since we started out in 2013, and the reason why we always keep them going on and on is because we believe that this nutrient-packed meal must be in everyone’s diet week in and week out, every month, all year round!!

Low in carbs, high in fibre, and offering a whole lot of phytonutrients and micronutrients, this side meal is ideal to add to any of your main meals.

CHEF’S TIP: This meal is so refreshing and nourishing that we recommend having it cold. Think about adding a side of avocado and squeeze the juice of a lemon wedge all over.

WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times and place in oven for 8min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
