This recipe of mixed baked beans and chickpeas is an absolute breakfast of champions!!

Inspired by the flavours of South American cuisine, we came up with a delicious and super nutritious breakfast option that you can have just on its own or combined with other foods you enjoy eating in the morning.

Being high in protein, high in insoluble and soluble gut-health-promoting fibre, super rich in minerals iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc and hosting a bunch of B vitamins and antioxidants, you can be sure you are getting the right nutrition to boost your performance for the day ahead!!

CHEF TIP’S: We recommend having this meal warmed up and served on your favourite type of toast. Even add some eggs your way, avocado slices or mushrooms!
Have the fresh spinach on the side and squeeze the juice of the lemon all over!

WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Peel off cover and remove fresh spinach and lemon wedge. Warm up for 8min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1:00min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
