Spinach&Corn Fritters with Scrambled Eggs & Apple-Tomato Chutney

This is a great low carb meal, which is full of antioxidants and goodness from veggies (spinach, corn, rocket)!!

The fritters are a great way to get you eating more veggies in a fun and delightful way and the free range eggs we use are simple yet super tasty, made with only whole eggs, himalayan salt, pepper and fresh parsley.

The Apple&Tomato Chutney gives this meal a touch of spice and tanginess and it combines together a perfect breakfast on the go!


TIP: Ideally best to warm up the whole tray in the oven at 180c for 6 min or microwave it for 1 min. Remove chutney and rocket leaves before warming up.  Try adding some fresh avocado and lemon juice drizzled over the top for a real nutrition bomb!!
