Delicious sweet potatoes seasoned with a blend of aromatic spices and herbs, then roasted to perfection. We add steamed broccoli to this meal to add colour, crunch and nutrition so you are sure to get all the goodness from fresh veggies in one meal!

We use certified organic tofu for all our vegetarian and vegan meals and in this one we infuse flavour to it with our Chimichurri sauce.. So tasty!!

TIP: Eat this meal a couple of hours before training or as a recovery meal to benefit from its carb content.

WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times with a fork and place in oven for 12min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1:30min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
