This new addition in the menu will blow you mind and your taste buds away!. It is by far the best curry meal we have created -seriously no offences to our best seller Balinese Chicken Curry with coconut rice from last year!-. It is fragrant, naturally sweet, delicious and offers a great deal of phytonutrients and antioxidants coming from all the highly nutritious ingredients it’s made out of.
We use spices and fresh ingredients like lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, mild chilies, coconut, coriander seeds, turmeric and galangal just to name some of the main components that give such an elevated character to this dish.
The black rice and white rice combination make for the colourful looks and nutrition, offering a great combo of fibre and minerals.
The complete protein comes from our new Balinese grilled Tempeh, which we marinate overnight with coriander seeds, garlic and lemon juice.
Tempeh is an extraordinary food for vegetarians and vegans as it contains all 9 essential amino acids and is also a fermented wholefood, making its nutrients more readily available for human digestion.

WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times and place in oven for 12min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1:30min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
