CHEF’S TIP: This meal is so refreshing and nourishing that we recommend having it cold. Think about adding a side of avocado and squeeze the juice of a lemon wedge all over. The Asian Tempeh is lovely cold too, but you will take it to the next level if you warm it up in a pan with a bit of coconut oil for a few minutes!. Then serve it with the greens and the sauce that comes with it.

WARMING UP: Remove sauce container. Microwave it for 1:00min. Alternatively, use a fry pan with a dash of oil at medium heat and warm up the greens with the tempeh for 4 minutes. Add sauce at the end.
