Our steamed greens, nuts and lean chicken meals have always been in the menus since we started out in 2013, and the reason why we always keep them going on and on is because we believe that this meal must be in everyone’s diet week in and week out, every month, all year round!!

The newest vegan addition in the summer menu, our certified organic Asian Tempeh, comes pairing with the greens and lends the complete protein in the meal, as well as a mouth-watering sensation!.

CHEF’S TIP: This meal is so refreshing and nourishing that we recommend having it cold. Think about adding a side of avocado and squeeze the juice of a lemon wedge all over. The Asian Tempeh is lovely cold too, but you will take it to the next level if you warm it up in a pan with a bit of coconut oil for a few minutes!. Then serve it with the greens and the sauce that comes with it.
WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times and place in oven for 8min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
