As the main protein source in this dish we have the certified organic tofu that is grilled till golden brown and then combined with our own Chimichurri recipe. The potatoes are roasted and then coated with Provenzal –mix of fresh parsley, garlic and extra virgin olive oil-, to add a distinctive flavour that will make you crave more of this dish. We then sprinkle some goat cheese and this becomes like heaven on earth! This meal can be used as a recovery meal after exercise or for lunch if you require energy to perform at your highest. Add this meal into your cart once, and we promise you will never leave it out again! TIP: MUST be warmed up!. In oven at 180?C (pierce lid with a fork prior warming) for 10-12min or in the microwave for 2min. Also, try serving this meal with some rocket leaves and extra virgin olive oil mixed with the potatoes and squeeze some lemon juice!
