Our Argentinian Organic Tofu Stew is an absolute delight! specially when partnered with this new aromatic basmati rice pilaf and the juicy rosemary-garlic peas we partner it with.

We gathered ingredients that resembles traditional cooking from Argentina and combined it with a more mediterranean way of cooking, like it’s the case in this pilaf rice, to create a healthy and flavourful, yet full-bodied meal. To add nutritional value and some sweet touch, we slightly fry green peas with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and rosemary to perfection, making this whole meal a true ‘grandma-style’ sensation.

Nutritionally, this meal contains a large amount of healthy slow-digesting carbs, that are full of gut-health-promoting fibre and other key minerals and vitamins needed by our bodies to perform at its best.

WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times and place in oven for 12min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1:30min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
