Our Argentinian Organic Tofu Stew is an absolute delight! specially when partnered with this brown rice pilaf and roasted pumpkin preparation.

We gathered ingredients that resembles traditional cooking from Argentina and combined it with a more mediterranean way of cooking, like it’s the case in this pilaf rice, to create a healthy and flavourful, yet full-bodied meal. To add nutritional value and some sweet touch, we roast pumpkin to perfection, making this whole meal a true ‘grandma-style’ sensation.

WARMING UP: Pre-heat oven @ 180ºc. Pierce film a few times and place in oven for 12min. Alternatively, microwave it for 1:30min. NOTE: When warming up in the oven, the label will turn black and film may come off slightly. This is totally normal and won’t affect in any way the quality of the food.
