This superfood meal features a great deal of antioxidants, protein, micronutrients and healthy monounsaturated fats.

It is a perfect choice if you are on a low carb diet or simply as a low calorie, nutrient-dense meal at anytime of the day.

This is pure goodness, simply greens, almonds tahini and lean chicken!! (we also added some secret spices to the tahini sauce to give it a little extra touch of flavour your taste buds will love!)

Nutritionally, expect minimal carbs, fibre, complete lean protein and a tone of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals…perfect as a dinner meal!

CHEF TIP: If you want to eat this meal warm your best bet is to invest 5 minutes of your time to fry up some chopped garlic (and ginger if you want to) in butter or coconut oil and add the greens to stir fry for a couple of minutes. Then serve and, should you have any spare fresh mint in the fridge, throw some leaves into the mix too, add the tahini sauce over the greens. Warm up the tofu in the same pan for a couple of minutes and you are done!

If you can’t bother the above recommendation, simply eat it cold straight out of the fridge…it tastes delicious this way too!! 🙂
