A perfect recovery meal and a much better option than regular, nutrient depleted, white pasta that will make you feel satisfied yet quite light after eating it.

TIP: We recommend eating this dish warmed. Pre-heat oven at 180c and place the whole tray in the oven for 10-12min. Alternatively, microwave for 2-3min. Remember to keep the plastic lid on to ensure a much better, and faster, warming..(plastic lid is BPA free and oven/microwave proof) .

Sprinkle some freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top if you are ok with eating dairy..this will make the whole dish even more amazingly irresistible!!
