Spotlight On Breakfast

There has been so much excitement surrounding our new Spring menu, in particular the addition of breakfast options. Included in the offering are Paleo Almond and Coconut Protein Pancakes alongside Spinach and Corn Fritters with Free Range Scrambled Eggs.

 

Paleo Almond & Coconut Protein Pancakes

Firstly, the pancakes. Our social media was buzzing with anticipation when the photos were released of this delicious meal. This is such a great meal to get your day started. It is full of nutrients and low GI, to give you energy for the day. These Paleo pancakes are gluten free, high protein and high in fiber. Great for vegetarians, they are made with an almond meal base, WPC and organic coconut flour. Full of goodness, these pancakes also taste amazing!

They come with a serve of Certified Organic Yoghurt and tasty blueberries packed full of antioxidants. You could also add some of your own fruit on top if you want a little bit of extra fruit. Bananas are a great addition!

Try having the cold, or you could warm them up for 30 seconds in the microwave then add the yoghurt and berries on top. Delicious!

Spinach and Corn Fritters with Free Range Scrambled Eggs

Spinach & Corn Fritters with Free Range Scrambled Eggs

Our other breakfast is the Spinach and Corn Fritters with Free Range Scrambled Eggs. A fantastic low carb meal, you are going to love this one! It’s full of antioxidants and goodness in the spinach, corn and rocket. Vegetables for breakfast can be a great way to get yourself eating more veggies in your day. We always use free range eggs and they are prepared using the whole egg with himalayan salt, pepper and fresh parsley. This breakfast is high protein, paleo, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and high fiber. Best of all, it tastes delicious!

Our tip for this breakfast is to warm up the whole tray in the oven at 180c for 6 minutes (or microwave for 1 minute). If you want to add a little addition to this one, try some fresh avocado and lemon juice drizzled over the top.
