Choose the small size pack (1 meal p/day) to get lunches or dinners Monday to Saturday.
We recommend using the large size pack (2 meals p/day) if you are time poor but still like to do some cooking at home -specially breakfast meals and whatever in between main meals- as this large option will cover your lunch and dinner meals Monday through Saturday.

For the 2 or 4 week supply options of your packs, you will receive your order every Monday for the number of weeks you selected. Or if you choose to pick up your order from our location, visit us on Mondays from 6am till 5pm or leave us a message to arrange a different collection day.

Select either 6 or 12 meals based on the pack size selected in step 1.
Delivery will be done once per week according to your selection for each week.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Because we only make fresh wholesome food, free from preservatives and DO NOT freeze our meals, it’s of extreme importance that you take the right procedures after you pick up your meals. These are as follows:
1. Store meals in fridge ASAP after collection.
2. Keep meals refrigerated under 5C at all times.
3. Always consume by the ‘use-by’ date. Your PE meals will taste, look, and keep their high nutrition value for up to 7 days.
