For muscle building we recommend having the Sweet Potatoes, Rice dishes, Legumes and Quinoa after training as they are higher in slow digesting carbohydrates for recovery and high in protein for regeneration of muscle fibres.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Because we only make fresh wholesome food, free from preservatives and DO NOT freeze our meals, it’s of extreme importance that you take the right procedures after you pick up your meals. These are as follows:
1. Store meals in fridge ASAP after collection.
2. Keep meals refrigerated under 5C at all times.
3. Always consume by the ‘use-by’ date. Your PE meals will taste, look, and keep their high nutrition value for up to 7 days.
