LARGE BBQ Beef Our Way with Rustic Sweet Potato Mash & Broccolini
Well… there’s not much to say about this meal other than telling you guys to look at the photos!!
This is an absolutely mind-blowing beef meal, full of healthy earthy flavors. The beef is slow cooked for hours in our own secret BBQ sauce recipe, which we created while catching up with friends over dinner while on holidays in Byron Bay!
The flavours are full, rich and speak for themselves…if you are a beef lover, you can’t go wrong with this meal…We definitely promise you that!
On the veggie department we have a simple -yet delightful- sweet potatoes mashed with fresh herbs and a touch of extra virgin olive oil. We partner it with our favourite super greens: Asparagus and green beans, ensuring a nutritionally complete meal, full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals needed for top performance.
This meal is a great have-at-any-time option, but keep in mind that it’s quite filling. A must-have meal and definitely our favourite at the moment!!
