This meal was first introduced on the PE menus back in 2014 and was so amazingly successful that it became a staple in our menus throughout all seasons.

So now’s time to bring it back to delight you all again!!

Think rustic, country-like, grandma’s style, earthy, smokey and nourishing.. 

Containing a great amount of slow digesting carbs coming from our new delicious basmati rice pilaf, and topped with some natural sweetness from the roasted-to-perfection pumpkin, this dish is perfect as an after training recovery meal. It’ll not only replenish your body with nutrients and goodness but it’ll also leave you astounded!

WARMING UP: Place the meal as it is in the microwave for 1:00min. Make sure to remove sauce containers before warming up. Alternatively, Open up meal and place the food in a bowl or plate and warm up in the microwave for the same time.
