We want you to eat as much vegetables as possible, in all sorts of forms, colours and preparations, so this time they come as an amazingly delicious salad made with some Mexican ingredients and topped off with our special coriander salsa dressing!
Make sure you add this dressing on the salad as it'll turn it into a whole new experience!
The chicken is, as always in Performance Eating kitchen, marinated overnight with a blend of Mexican spices, extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Then we grill it to perfection till golden brown, hence the addictive character of this chicken!!
Nutritionally this meal is high in fibre, provides a big serve of alkaline vegetables and antioxidants to help you stay healthy and lean, as well as offering a great dose of complete protein. Definitely a must try!
TIP: Serve up the salad first and drizzle over the dressing. Add some avocado or guacamole on the side if you have some available.
WARMING UP: Best to have this meal cold. If you'd like something warm though, get a pan with some cooking oil and fry up the chicken for about 4 minutes on medium heat.
