MINI MEAL Steamed Greens with Cashews & Tahini Dressing - Tandoori Chicken
This nutritious meal features a great deal of antioxidants, protein, micronutrients and healthy monounsaturated fats.

This dish is pure goodness, simply greens, cashews, tahini and lean chicken!..we also added some secret spices to the tahini sauce to give it a little extra touch of flavour your taste buds will love!
Nutritionally expect minimal carbs, fibre, complete lean protein and a tone of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals…it is a perfect dinner option on the warmer spring days!
The main complete protein in the meal comes from our mouth-watering Tandoori chicken, which marinates overnight and then gets grilled to perfection.

CHEF TIP: If you want to eat this meal warm your best bet is to invest 5 minutes of your time to fry up some chopped garlic in your favourite oil and add the greens to stir fry for a couple of minutes. Then serve and add the tahini sauce over the greens. Warm up the chicken in the same pan for a couple of minutes and you are done!
If you can’t bother all that, simply eat it cold straight out of the fridge…it tastes delicious this way too!!
WARMING UP: Remove sauce container. Microwave it for 1:30min.
