VEG MINI MEAL Roasted Potatoes Provenzal & Goat Cheese with South American Style Baked Beans

Our staple South American Style Baked Beans are a great source of plant based protein and a whole bunch of micronutrients, and on top pf that they taste simply amazing!! We make them by combining chickpeas, kidney beans and cannellini beans with a bunch of delicious veggies and freshly ground spices. 

This meal is a perfect choice for recovery and replenishment following a solid training session as it provides a solid dose of micronutrients needed for essential body functions and a great amount of carbs and complete protein to help you feel great and gain lean muscle mass!

 The potatoes here are roasted to golden brown and then served with Provenzal, which is a mix of fresh parsley, garlic and extra virgin olive oil used a lot in the Argentinian cuisine, to add flavour and unique taste. To top it off and make this meal an absolute winner we then sprinkle some goat cheese and this becomes like heaven on earth!
