It is fragrant, naturally sweet, delicious and offers a great deal of phytonutrients and antioxidants coming from all the highly nutritious ingredients it’s made out of.
We use spices and fresh ingredients like lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, mild chilies, coconut, coriander seeds, turmeric and galangal just to name some of the main components that give such an elevated character to this dish.
The black rice and white quinoa combination make for colourful looks and top nutrition, offering a great combo of fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals.
The complete protein comes from our new Balinese grilled chicken, which we marinate overnight with spices, fresh herbs, fresh chilli and lemon juice.
