MINI MEAL Argentinian Beef Asado with Potatoes Provenzal & Goat Cheese
This is a truly Argentinian meal! Potatoes, parley, garlic and meat! .
Simple but made in a way that will impress you all the way till you're done with it.
Our grass fed beef is slow cooked for hours with Chimichurri sauce – a traditional Argentinian sauce for meats made from fresh and dry herbs and lemon juice-.
The potatoes are roasted to golden brown and then served with Provenzal, which is a mix of fresh parsley, garlic and extra virgin olive oil used a lot in the Argentinian cuisine, to add flavour and unique taste. To top it off and make this meal an absolute winner we then sprinkle some goat cheese and this becomes like heaven on earth!
This meal can be used as a recovery meal after exercise or for lunch if you require energy to perform at your highest. Add this meal into your cart once, and we promise you will never leave it out again!
TIP: Try serving this meal with some rocket leaves and extra virgin olive oil mixed with the potatoes and squeeze some lemon juice over the beef!
