Mediterranean Roasted Veg, Quinoa&Lentil - Beef Tagine

We have replaced the traditional couscous for a more nutritious quinoa and lentil preparation to go along with the mouth-watering slow cooked beef tagine!
The veggies are simply roasted with herbs and we added a little tahini sauce that blends with them beautifully and brings in some extra punch of Middle Eastern flavours!
This meal is high in protein, fibre and contains a whole bunch of nutrients coming from the great variety of ingredients we’ve combined in it!
