PE Style Veg Paella with Spanish Slow Cooked Chicken
A Mediterranean meal with all the flavour and nutrition you can expect from a classic Spanish signature dish!
After seeing how much success our previous paella dish with Peri-Peri chicken had, we though to keep the paella as it is and replace the Peri-Peri for a full Spanish classic Pimenton slow cooked chicken, which comes with a delicious sauce from its own cooking juices and takes the meal to the next level!
This meal features our own version of a veggie Paella, and as always, we put all our efforts and creativity in making it taste authentic, delicious and of course, very nourishing.

CHEF'S TIP: Even though this meal can be enjoyed cold, it's best if eaten hot. Add some extra virgin olive oil and squeeze a touch of lemon juice all over!.
