Our very own gravy beef recipe has a touch of “grandma love” into it, following a recipe passed down from our own Nona, and it is super tender after being slow cooked for several hours. It is then served with a simple yet delicious creamy mash potatoes and a fair dose of cancer preventing, health-boosting steamed broccolini!
This meal is definitely hearty and filling, providing complete protein, some carbs and key minerals and vitamins essential to keep your health up during our colder days.
CHEF TIP: Try this meal partnered with a glass of good Shiraz or, a more Argentinian staple, Malbec!
