MINI MEAL Slow Cooked Tuscan Chicken - Buckwheat Spaghetti & Greens
Our love for tuscan flavours has been definitely an inspiration for this autumn-type meal!
From the traditional Italian kitchen with rich tuscan flavours we decided to create this chicken dish that tastes like a grandma's hearty meal.
To substitute the regular spaghetti pasta, we chose buckwheat spaghetti, which is a more nutritious option, since it is high in fibre and protein content, as well as providing all 9 essential amino acids, making it a complete source of protein.
Having a generous dose of fresh greens added in the meal makes it a complete option and adds even more nutrition to its nutritional profile.
Have this meal for recovery after exercise as it contains a good dose of slow digesting fibrous carbohydrates, complete protein, and provides your body with all the nutrients it needs to get strong and healthy.
CHEF TIP: Eat this meal warm! Best way to have it is to mix the chicken with the spaghetti. Grate some fresh parmesan cheese over the top and you will end up with a restaurant-like meal that will blow your mind!
