MINI MEAL Turmeric-Rosemary Superfood Veg with Smokey Chicken
In this new meal we want to bring to your table a super nutrient-packed, low carb meal that offers a heap load of health-boosting nutrients, complete protein, and also tastes delicious.
We chose these mighty cruciferous veg -cauliflower and broccoli- as the main players in the meal, and decided to cook them in a gorgeous, creamy and infused turmeric and rosemary sauce.
The sauce lends flavour and extra nutrition to the meal, offering the health benefits present in turmeric and rosemary.
To make this meal a perfect combo we partnered the veggies with our lean and mouth-watering grilled smokey chicken.
As always, the chicken is free range and if you wonder why it tastes so delicious it is due to the spices and marination we do with it..oh and of course, the way we grill it to perfection!
