VEG Tom Ka Kai Veg Curry, Tofu, Mushrooms and Basmati Rice
This classic Thai dish is actually a soup but we made it into a curry as we know how much people enjoy our style of making curries.
This time we use button and shitake mushrooms in the creamy coconuty-like curry as the key ingredient. They provide unique flavour and great nutrition value to the meal and when paired with the rest of the veggies we use in this recipe you’ll be surprised how amazing this dish tastes!
We serve it with a light Basmati rice that provides the right amount of carbs and combined with the curry, it makes a great eating experience.
The complete protein in the meal comes from our organic tofu. It is an absolute treat and gives the meal the perfect wrapping to be nutritionally completed.

WARMING UP: Microwave for 1min. Alternatively use a small pan on medium heat and warm up for 2-4min.
