MINI MEAL Zucchini Spag, Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto & S.Potato – Criollo Chicken
This is a great "carb-less" pasta option for those looking to cut down on carbs but still wanting to enjoy a delicious meal. We have fine tuned this meal and we are now re-introducing it for your to enjoy it again!
You get clean, fresh and nutritious zucchini, combined with roasted sweet potatoes for a bit of a sweet punch and, what makes this meal really stand out from the crowd is the sun-dried tomato pesto we put in it, which is of course made in our kitchen with wholesome ingredients like sun-dried tomatoes, nutritional yeast, cashews, extra virgin olive oil and oregano..we think you'll love it!
As the main protein source in the meal is our version of a Criollo chicken that we make in a similar way than we cook chicken on a Argentinian BBQ using earthy spices like oregano, mild chilli flakes, paprika and of course garlic, fresh lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
Expect a light meal that has lots of flavour and top nutrition!
