MINI MEAL Balinese Style Chicken Curry, Coconut Rice & Broccoli
To make this delicious curry, which is the result of being super inspired after a surfing trip to Bali some years ago, we've combined ingredients characteristic of their gorgeous cuisine like tomatoes, chilies, garlic, lemon grass, peanuts and corn, and combined them to create this wonderful curry that will definitely impress you and your taste buds!
To partner the curry we decided to have our staple and unbeatable coconut rice, this time using basmati for the sake of trying something new!.
Adding steamed broccoli in the meal give colour, crunch and provides key nutrients and antioxidants to keep you healthy and disease-free!
We recommend to eat this dish after training as a recovery meal to benefit from its fast digesting carbohydrate content and complete protein.
