SIDE Roasted Potatoes Provenzal & Goat Cheese
The potatoes here are roasted to golden brown and then served with Provenzal, which is a mix of fresh parsley, garlic and extra virgin olive oil used a lot in the Argentinian cuisine, to add flavour and unique taste.
To top it off and make this meal an absolute winner we then sprinkle some goat cheese and this becomes like heaven on earth!.
This side meal can be used as an addition to your recovery meal after exercise or in between meals if you are looking to get more healthy carbs in your diet.
