SIDE Fresh Lemon-Pepper Atlantic Salmon Fillet

Finally after many of you asking for it, we are now offering this amazingly delicious and nutritious protein source in the menu.
We bake these fresh salmon fillets with lemon juice, black pepper and a touch of soy sauce, resulting in a mouth-watering solid fish dish!
WARMING UP: Microwave for 1min or, for best results, use a fry pan on medium-high heat with a small amount of oil and fry up the salmon for about a minute on each side. Set aside and either fry up the spinach leaves in the same pan for 30 seconds or eat them raw.
