SIDE Ginger-Soy Chicken Mince
This side meal offers a delicious way to increase your protein intake lending its flavours from the combination of fresh ginger, black pepper, sesame oil and soy sauce.
A truely fresh asian flavour ideal to add on your salads, breakfast meals and roasted veggies... or simply on its own when you're on the go!
WARMING UP: Microwave for 1min or, for best results, use a fry pan on medium-high heat with a small amount of oil and fry up the chicken for about 2-3min. Set aside and either fry up the spinach leaves in the same pan for 30 seconds or eat them raw. You can also fry the whole thing up at the same time, it'll taste just as good!
