SIDE Grilled Halloumi with Steamed Broccoli
Did anyone say halloumi??
Yesss!! this restaurant-classic is now available on the menu and we decided to serve it with steamed broccoli and lemon, just to take it to the next level... as always ;)
This meal is to be treated as a true treat (how's that for a mouthful!) and consider it for when you feel that indulgence is just too hard to resist!
WARMING UP: Microwave it for 1:30min. Alternatively, warm up in a fry pan the halloumi for 3-5 min on mid-low heat first. Then add the broccoli for another minute or two. Squeeze lemon juice all over at the end!

- Dry oregano
