SIDE Grilled Smoked Tofu

Ideal to add on your salads, breakfast meals, and pretty much anything you can think of!...or simply have it on its own when you're on the go!
WARMING UP: Microwave for 1min or, for best results, use a fry pan on medium-high heat with a small amount of oil and fry up the tofu for about 2-3min. Set aside and either fry up the spinach leaves in the same pan for 30 seconds or eat them raw. You can also fry the whole thing up at the same time, it'll taste just as good!
- Smoked tofu
- Himalayan salt
- Canola oil
