SIDE Mediterranean Roasted Veggies, Quinoa & Lentil - Tahini Dressing

Add it to salads or combine it with any protein source you get from our menu!
The veggies are simply roasted with herbs and we added a little tahini sauce that blends with them beautifully and brings in some extra punch of Middle Eastern flavours!
We’ve also replaced the traditional couscous for a more nutritious quinoa and lentil preparation that offer grater nutrition and flavour.
WARMING UP: Microwave for 1 minute. Also this meal tastes amazing cold.
