SIDE Organic Grilled Tofu with Herbs and Garlic
This side of our staple grilled organic tofu with herbs is a must try!! Marinated with a combination of fresh herbs, garlic, lemon juice, ground pepper and extra virgin olive oil, is then grilled to seal all the flavours.
Increase your complete protein intake by having this side meal at anytime during the day.
It goes well with pretty much everything and tastes amazing cold or hot. Try adding it on your favourite salads or have it seared to bring up the herby notes!
WARMING UP: Microwave for 1 minute, add lemon juice at the end. Alternatively use a small skillet with a small amount of oil and warm it up for 3-5 min on medium heat.
