SIDE Tom Ka Kai Veg Curry, Mushrooms and Basmati Rice
This classic Thai dish is actually a soup but we made it into a curry as we know how much people enjoy our style of making curries.
This time we use button and shitake mushrooms in the creamy coconuty-like curry as the key ingredient. They provide unique flavor and great nutrition value to the meal and when paired with the rest of the veggies we use in this recipe you’ll be surprised how amazing this dish tastes!
We serve it with a light Basmati rice that provides the right amount of carbs and combined with the curry, it makes a great eating experience.
Have this side meal added on your main meals if you’re wanting to increase your calorie intake or if you’re simply hungrier than usual!
You can also enjoy this meal as its name suggest it… just a side meal.. lol !
WARMING UP: Microwave for 2min. Alternatively use a small pan on medium heat and warm up for 3-5min.
