BREAKFAST Superfood Porridge, Cinnamon Roasted Pears & Granola
Our new quinoa, buckwheat and chia porridge is packed with complete protein, top minerals and vitamins, and even fiber! It's the best way to get you started on your day with the right fuel.
The pears are roasted with a bit of cinnamon and left to brown, naturally caramelising slightly. The granola is our own new recipe and is gluten and dairy free... it adds a bunch of flavour and crunch as well as top nutrition!
This is a MUST-HAVE meal for either breakfast or as a quick on-the-go meal that is equally amazing in flavour and nutrition!
CHEF TIP: Make sure you add a little dash of water or your favourite type of milk to the porridge when you warm it up to bring about that creamy and moisty porridge-like consistency back into it.
WARMING UP: Ideally warm up in a small pot following the chef's tips. Warm up the pairs in the microwave and add on top at the end. Sprinkle granola on top. Alternatively, microwave it for 1:30min having removed the granola first.
