Thai Style Ginger & Veg Quinoa with Coconut-Chilli Poached Chicken
We are so exited to bring our beloved Quinoa back in the menu!
This ancient ingredient native from South America is so nutritious, containing all 9 essential amino acids, key minerals for wellbeing, Omega fats, as well as fibre and is low GI.
For this dish, we followed our taste buds and they took us right to the amazing flavours of Thai cuisine!!
Combining fresh, crunchy veggies like ginger, carrots, capsicums, bean sprouts and mint leaves, this quinoa “salad” meal is indeed unique in refreshing flavors and definitely super nutritious.
Served with our own Thai dressing, which we make weekly from wholesome ingredients, and we partnered with a very mouth-watering, jaw-dropping Coconut-Chilli Poached Chicken.
We recommend having this meal after training to benefit from its carb content, but because it’s quite high in fibre and low GI, you can enjoy it at anytime of the day!

WARMING UP: We recommend having this meal cold. If you’d rather warmed, remove the sauce container and microwave slightly for 40 seconds. Add the sauce at the end.
